Enjoy a yoga session delivered by experienced instructor Joanne King, who is hugely passionate is supporting new mums.

Nor only is she a highly experienced yoga instructor, she is also trained in supporting mothers going through matresence and holding space to support you on your journey.

This class is postpartum focused, a 45 minute yoga session with the last 30 mins a time to chat at the end in the group facilitated by Joanne.
