WHAT DOES THE RESET RELAXATION EVENING ENTAIL?

An evening will be dedicated to you. Candlelit Relaxation. A space to process....an opportunity to close....return inwards so you can take the next step.

Starting with mindfulness and breath work, you will ground yourself and start putting those plates you have been spinning on hold. Prioritising yourself.

Lying down, I will move through the room, using traditional rebozo techniques to help you soften and let go. Tucking you in, and guiding you down to a deeply relaxed state. Feeling safe, warm and held. Drifting where your mind takes you. Time to close chapters or prepare to cross new thresholds. Snug and cocooned.

At the end of the session, listening to soft music, you will sit in candlelight sipping warm drinks as I lead you through our tea ritual, returning.......slowly..... to come back to your body. Feeling lighter. Comforted. More at peace.

WHO IS IT FOR?

I created this with mothers in mind, as traditionally this was a postpartum recovery ritual. Having been trained to use it in womb and fertility therapy, I know first hand the amazing benefits it has for so many various reasons.

We’ve all got something we are dealing with. Grief, trauma, pressure, emotions, struggles. You are constantly holding it up for everyone, but who’s holding you?

Allow me to give you space to come as you are, and reset.

- 4 long scarfs

- blanket

- pillows or bolster if you know you need extra support under your knees when you lie down.

- small cup or bowel to sip from
