Join our comprehensive antenatal class in the calm and supportive space of our **Blackrock studio**, designed to guide you through everything from bump to baby – and beyond. 👩⚕️ Led by an experienced midwife with 16 years of hands-on practice still working in the maternity system, you’ll get real, up-to-date advice you can trust. What we’ll cover: ✨ Preparing for birth & your hospital bag ✨ Understanding labour & what to expect ✨ Newborn care essentials ✨ Feeding – breast & bottle ✨ Sleep & baby cues ✨ Bathing, nappy changing & skincare demos ✨ Postnatal recovery & support 🫶 Small group sizes mean there’s plenty of time for your questions and real, honest conversation. 📅 Saturday, July 27th 💶 €260 per couple / birth partner 📍 Little Roo, Blackrock Studio ✅ Refundable on most health insurance plans Let us help you feel informed, calm, and confident** as you prepare for this next chapter.

Please let us know if you cannot make a class 6 hours in advance and we can accommodate a class pass for another booking. Classes are non refundable. You may transfer your class by contacting us with the name of the allocated person. We understand the nature of situations where plans change etc. And we try to be accommodating as much as possible.
