Led by Karen Prunty, a Paediatric Nurse, infant massage instructor, and mum of four, our classes provide a calm, supportive environment where you’ll learn soothing techniques to ease colic, promote better sleep, and support your baby’s development. Each session is tailored to meet your baby’s needs, offering you valuable time to connect while fostering their emotional and physical well-being. Book your spot today and join a community of parents embracing the benefits of touch and connection. What to bring: A blanket for baby and your baby essentials. We have feeding and changing facilities available. Location - 6 temple road, Blackrock village Parking- onstreet available,car park ifc maritime villas road and there's 2 shopping centres- Blackrock and Frascati. This is part refundable on health insurance.

Cancellation Policy
Please let us know if you cannot make a class 6 hours in advance and we can accommodate a class pass for another booking. Classes are non refundable. You may transfer your class by contacting us with the name of the allocated person. We understand the nature of situations where plans change etc. And we try to be accommodating as much as possible.
