At Little Roo, we have combined all of our expertise — and, most importantly, listened to parents — to create a bespoke Bump to Baby Antenatal Series designed to truly support you on your journey. Led by an expert team of Paediatric Nurses, Midwives, Lactation Consultant, gentle Sleep Coach, and a Birth Doula, this course covers everything you need to feel confident for birth, newborn care, and the early months of parenthood. We dive deep into: - Birth preparation and active birth techniques - Practical newborn care skills - Feeding support – breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and combination feeding guidance - Understanding newborn sleep – gentle, real-world advice to help you rest and recover - First aid essentials – knowing what to do in an emergency - Postnatal recovery, emotional wellbeing, and settling into life as a new family Each session includes live demonstrations, interactive discussions, and plenty of time for your questions — so you leave feeling confident, informed, and connected.
