Join Aoife from Holistic Birth for a wonderful postnatal yoga class with babies. Located in our Sandyford studio. Parking in site. We have the mats. Refundable on health insurance.

Please let us know if you cannot make a class 6 hours in advance and we can accommodate a class pass for another booking. Classes are non refundable. You may transfer your class by contacting us with the name of the allocated person. We understand the nature of situations where plans change etc. And we try to be accommodating as much as possible.
