Service Description
Postnatal Pilates is a fantastic way to support your recovery after childbirth. It focuses on rebuilding core strength, including the pelvic floor, which is vital for regaining stability and preventing issues like diastasis recti and incontinence. These gentle exercises help improve posture, relieve tension from feeding or carrying your baby, and reduce back pain. Postnatal Pilates also promotes overall body alignment, enhances flexibility, and provides a calming space to nurture both your physical and mental well-being. It’s a great way to regain confidence in your body while bonding with your baby if they join the session! Suitable from 6 weeks post delivery,may be longer if you had a c section. Must be signed off by Dr. To safely return to exercise. May be refundable on health insurance. What to bring? Just your baby essentials. We have mats, comfy rugs for babies, toys, changing & feeding areas. Parking available.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask you cancel your place as soon as possible. We will credit classes cancelled 12 hours before start time. For events there is no refund for cancellations given the nature of the bookings but we will try credit to another event. Thank you
