✨ POSTNATAL PILATES IN SANDYFORD ✨ Our Postnatal Pilates classes with Andi are back this September 💛 Andi is experienced and passionate about supporting women through the postpartum period, helping you gently rebuild strength, reconnect with your body and feel confident moving again after pregnancy and birth. Benefits of Postnatal Pilates include: ✨ Rebuilding core strength ✨ Supporting pelvic floor recovery ✨ Improving posture ✨ Strengthening your back and supporting muscles ✨ Improving mobility and flexibility ✨ Reconnecting with your body after pregnancy and birth ✨ Building strength gradually and safely ✨ Supporting your overall wellbeing But our classes are about more than exercise. They’re welcoming, relaxed and friendly. Come as you are. There’s no pressure and definitely no expectations. There are always plenty of chats and a few laughs along the way 🤍 👶 Comfy mats provided for babies 🚗 Parking on site 💛 Baby stays right beside you 🧘‍♀️ Led by the lovely Andi 📍 Sandyford Starting September 7th at 10.30am Monday & Thursday classes 7 week term €100 PAYG €20 per class Book BOTH Monday & Thursday for the 7 weeks €160 Classes may also be refundable through your health insurance, depending on your policy.
