🌸 POSTNATAL PILATES | NEW TERM STARTING NOVEMBER 2ND! 🌸 Mamas, this one is for you! 💕 Whether you're looking to rebuild your strength after having a baby, reconnect with your body or simply enjoy some time for yourself, our Postnatal Pilates classes with the wonderful Andi Vard are the perfect place to start. Our classes are designed to support you through your postnatal recovery in a warm, welcoming and relaxed environment where you can move at your own pace. 🌸 The benefits of Postnatal Pilates: ✨ Rebuild core and pelvic floor strength ✨ Improve posture and ease back discomfort ✨ Strengthen and tone your body gently ✨ Improve flexibility, balance and mobility ✨ Support your physical and emotional wellbeing ✨ Reconnect with your body and build confidence ✨ Meet other mums and enjoy some connection along the way!
