Service Description
Ann Costigan is a qualified and registered Paediatric Nurse since 1998. For 14 years she has worked exclusively with babies and children with bowel problems. She started @pooandtheloo to spread the word on childhood constipation, to make it a bit easier to understand and also to provide information on toilet training! Constipation in children is really common and unfortunately not that easily recognised. She is also a Mum to 3 kiddos! If you are planning on training your little one to use the potty/loo in the next few months and want to learn all you need to know then come join me on September 14th at 11.00 in Little Roo Parent and Baby Hub in Blackrock, Co. Dublin. You are welcome to bring your little one if you wish - Karen will be on hand to provide some play for them. I will have a workbook for you to have on the day to jot down some notes and this has all the info in it too. BONUS ✨You will be added to the mailing list for my weekly closed group session I hold on zoom- this is a unique and brilliant opportunity to talk through issues you may experience or just to get some reassurance. You can listen and learn from other parents issues too. Here’s what I’ll be covering on the day: Before – their cues, your readiness & preparation – checking for constipation. During – those first few days, language, your response to ‘accidents’, expectations, making progress, handwashing, involvement in wiping bums, using a reward system, naptimes. After – out and about. Night-time dryness – why this is different to daytime. Regression Q & A – your questions answered

Cancellation Policy
Please let us know if you cannot make a class 6 hours in advance and we can accommodate a class pass for another booking. Classes are non refundable. You may transfer your class by contacting us with the name of the allocated person. We understand the nature of situations where plans change etc. And we try to be accommodating as much as possible.
