Service Description
Join our midwife and Pilates instructor for a pregnancy pilates class with a focus strength, mobility, abdominal core and pelvic floor function. Supporting you through your pregnancy. Open to all levels and from second trimester in pregnancy. May be refundable on your health insurance.

Cancellation Policy
Please let us know if you cannot make a class 6 hours in advance and we can accommodate a class pass for another booking. Classes are non refundable. You may transfer your class by contacting us with the name of the allocated person. We understand the nature of situations where plans change etc. And we try to be accommodating as much as possible. Thank you
